Eligibility for Returns & Replacements:

• The product must be in its original condition with no signs of misuse, modification, or excessive wear.
• Returns or replacements will not be accepted if there is evidence of mishandling, physical damage, or improper use.
• If the product is defective due to manufacturing issues, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your Koolpad.
2. Provide proof of purchase and images showing any issues.
3. If approved, ship the product back (return shipping costs may apply).

Care & Maintenance Guide

Built for demanding environments, your Next Gen Koolpad™ is designed to protect and perform. Regular care will extend its life, preserve its finish, and maintain reliable thermal performance.

1. Before Cleaning

• Remove the iPad® and detach the cover, base, and cap if applicable.
• Inspect seals, latches, and temperature-element slots for dirt or wear.
• Remove and set aside KoolBrick™ or HotBrick™ elements before cleaning.

2. Cleaning

• Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth or soft-bristle brush to remove dust and debris.
• For deeper cleaning, use warm water mixed with mild soap, then wipe down all exterior parts.
• Rinse with clean water and air-dry completely before reassembly.
• Do not use solvents, alcohol, ammonia, bleach, or abrasive cleaners — they can damage coatings, seals, and finishes.
• Avoid submerging the entire case in water.

3. Disinfection (Optional)

• Use a non-abrasive disinfectant wipe with ≤70% alcohol for surface cleaning.
• Avoid soaking or applying directly inside temperature-element cavities.
• Allow all moisture to evaporate before reinstalling components.

4. Drying & Storage

• Ensure the case and temperature elements are fully dry before use or storage.
• Store in a cool, dry area away from prolonged sunlight or high heat.
• Keep KoolBrick™ and HotBrick™ elements flat and separate when not in use.

5. Usage Tips

• Confirm all latches and seals are secured before field use.
• Avoid dragging or sliding the case on rough surfaces.
• Clean custom finishes gently; avoid abrasives.
• Use only genuine Koolpad™ temperature elements for best performance.

6. Inspection & Replacement

• Regularly check for cracks, deformation, or worn latch components.
• Replace damaged parts immediately to maintain protection.
